How do I log into the AAI Membership Services Portal?
AAI members have access to the secure (your AAI Homepage), where you can join, renew your membership, update your AAI contact information, apply for a travel award or fellowship, make a donation, or register for an AAI course or the annual meeting.
If you forget your password, click the "forgot password" link provided under the log-in box on the log-in page. Your User ID is the email you used to create your account.
Please note that access to and are on a different platform. Additionally, information about abstracts or registration for the AAI Annual Meeting can be found on the
meeting website.
How can I receive a paid invoice or receipt?
Receipts for donations or membership dues and course registrations paid online are automatically sent to your email address at the time of payment. You can access these receipts as well as payments made by check, wire transfer, or ACH at any time by visiting the , clicking the Purchases tab along the top of your profile, and then select Recent Invoices.
Please note that inquiries about receipts for abstract submissions and meeting registration should be directed to: meetings@aai.org, and receipts related to the AAI Journals should be directed to: infoji@aai.org.
What journals are available to me through my AAI membership?
AAI members receive an online subscription to . AAI also publishes , an open access journal that does not require a subscription.
Members are automatically pre-registered for online access to upon receipt of your membership dues payment.
To gain access, once on the main webpage for either journal, select ‘Sign In’ in the upper right corner. If you are a new member or have not used the new platform select ‘Reset Password’ and then follow the instructions you will receive by email. If you have questions, please email: members@aai.org.

Can I receive print copies of The Journal of Immunology (The JI) as a member?
Print subscriptions to are no longer being offered starting January 1, 2025, however print on demand is available. Please contact: infoji@aai.org.
